Western Naturopathic Methods and Infusion Therapies
Depending on the indication, the infusion therapies are a combination of vitamins, minerals and/or amino acids. Their main goals are to improve general health, reduce states of exhaustion of any kind, stimulate the body’s own detoxification and strengthen the immune system.
Naturopathic methods, on an equal footing with conventional medicine, form the foundation on which my work as a physician is based.
Western Healing Methods
The “classical Western naturopathic methods” include phytotherapy (the use of medicinal plants as remedies), hydrotherapy and balneotherapy (water applications – Kneipp!), exercise therapy, dietetics (nutritional therapy), aromatherapy and lifestyle regulation therapy (Ordnungstherapie).
Western naturopathic methods – traditional and well proven:

The extended naturopathic methods include, among others,
- eliminative methods (such as cupping, fasting, bloodletting, the use of leeches, Baunscheidt therapy, compresses, elimination via the bowel and via the urine),
- neural therapy (influencing the autonomic nervous system through the application of a local anaesthetic),
- microbiological therapy (administration of microorganisms),
- autologous blood therapy,
- orthomolecular medicine (nutrient therapy)
